Do sunshine developers have any past experience other than destino ?:

Sunshine Destino is a new project by sunshine developers and i want to invest in that area, puppalagda but i have no experience with this developer and in many websites it is written that they don't have any other project it is their first project?

    what are the main difference between their two upcoming projects sunshine destino and vihaan? both are residential communities with 2&3 BHKs with almost same kind of amenities, which one would be the best to invested in?

    i think the one which will get delivered first, vihaan's posession date is May, 2025 and destino's is Dec, 2024.

    destino's location (puppalagda) is also better than vihaan (Alkapur Township)
